Our philosophy is mainly inspired by the rich Cretan cuisine, which has its roots in ancient times and has become a worldwide food standard. Using our tradition, literally, since our recipes are inherited from generation to generation, we invest in more modern experiments.
Our target; Let's harmoniously marry the old with the modern! Raw materials are basically our own organic crop. Oil, greens and wine from our fields in your plate!
Favorite dishes that stand out are the "mom's moussaka", homemade grapevines and homemade pies.
